Het voor verwarmen van materiaal, ten behoeve van thermo vormen gebeurt in de regel met infrarode verwarmingselementen. Steeds meer draait het hier om efficientie om de productie snelheid zo hoog mogelijk te krijgen en het energie gebruik zo laag mogelijk.
Belangrijk is het juist afstemmen van de infrarood elementen om het materiaal dat verwarmt dient te worden. De gedachte is niet juist dat hoe hoger het vermogen de energie overdracht sneller zou zijn. Alles hangt samen met het afstemmen van het moleculaire absorberen van energie ten opzichte van de golflengte. Een juiste golflengte doen de moleculen bewegen.

Standard Features

Warranty Details

Standard warranty on quartz heaters is 5000 hours under the following conditions:

  1. Rated voltage is not exceeded.
  2. Heaters are mounted horizontally and perpendicular to movement (if any).
  3. Heaters are not subjected to any external force capable of fracturing the quartz tubes.
  4. Heating coils are not exposed to chemically corrosive substances or gases.
  5. Temperature of the aluminized steel body does not exceed 500 Celsius.
  1. Quartz elements are particularly effective in systems where rapid heater response and/or zone controlled heating is required.
  2. They have a broad emission spectrum and hence cover various absorption ranges.
  3. Pillared quartz elements have the same mounting fixture as ceramic elements allowing replacement without difficulty.
  4. This is ideal for design alternation involving the use of materials with different absorption characteristics.
