<p><strong>Ceramic Heating Technology</strong></p>

<li>Using Long wave radiation for curing heating and drying is an environmentally friendly, portable and cost effective method of heating. They have a cast-in iron-chrome aluminium resistance wire which operate in the temperature range of 300 Celsius to 730 Celsius.</li>
<li>The glazed ceramic surface protects the heating coil from the risk of corrosion or chemical attack. Ceramic elements operate in the temperature of 300 Celsius to 730 Celsius producing an IR wavelength on the 2 / 10 micron range. Most plastics and many other materials absorb IR best in this range. Which makes the ceramic heater the most efficient IR radiant emitter on the market.</li>
<li>A range of aluminised steel reflectors are also available to ensure that most of the radiation generated is reflected forward on to the target area.</li>

De gedachte is niet juist dat hoe hoger het vermogen de energie overdracht sneller zou zijn. Alles hangt samen met het afstemmen van het moleculaire absorberen van energie ten opzichte van de golflengte. Een juiste golflengte doen de moleculen bewegen.</p>

<p>Standard warranty on quartz heaters is 5000 hours under the following conditions:</p>

<li>Rated voltage is not exceeded.</li>
<li>Heaters are mounted horizontally and perpendicular to movement (if any).</li>
<li>Heaters are not subjected to any external force capable of fracturing the quartz tubes.</li>
<li>Heating coils are not exposed to chemically corrosive substances or gases.</li>
<li>Temperature of the aluminized steel body does not exceed 500 Celsius.</li>
</ol>
<ol>
<li>Quartz elements are particularly effective in systems where rapid heater response and/or zone controlled heating is required.</li>
<li>They have a broad emission spectrum and hence cover various absorption ranges.</li>
<li>Pillared quartz elements have the same mounting fixture as ceramic elements allowing replacement without difficulty.</li>
<li>This is ideal for design alternation involving the use of materials with different absorption characteristics.</li>

<p style="padding-top: 0px; padding-right: 0px; padding-bottom: 0.5em; padding-left: 0px; text-indent: 1.6em; font-size: 1em; line-height: 1.6em; margin: 0px;">In the following conditions:</p>
<ul>
<li style="padding-bottom: 0.25em;">Must result in a vessel (12L) filled with steam under pressure of maximally 2.4 Bar (138 Celsius)Minimal system pressure is minus 0,85 Bar</li>
</ul>
<p style="padding-top: 0px; padding-right: 0px; padding-bottom: 0.5em; padding-left: 0px; text-indent: 1.6em; font-size: 1em; line-height: 1.6em; margin: 0px;">The requirements of dry saturated steam generator are:</p>
<ul>
<li>The generator should comply to <span>ASME </span>section <span>VIII</span></li>
<li>The maximal pressure should be 4 Bar (1520 Celsius) (safety valve allows 5 Bar)</li>
<li>Maximum power should be 1,7 KW (230 V)</li>
<li>the water volume should be 0.05L.</li>
<li>The chamber must not leak steam, demi-water or air until maximum pressure is reached</li>
<li>There may not be corroded by any of the materials mentioned above</li>
<li>Must have a life cycle of at least 3000 cycles of sterilization (degradation)</li>
<li>The system will also be subject to vacuum</li>
<li>This generator should be produced in batches of 25 with a yearly amount of 6000.</li>
<li>Production will last for approximately 10 years.</li>

<li style="padding-bottom: 0.25em;">Wherever hygiene and deep cleaning is required or wherever it is necessary to disinfect or sterilize, our steam generators represent the ideal solution as they are suitably designed to resolve hygiene and cleaning problems but &#8211; above all &#8211; they guarantee personnel safety and environmental protection.</li>
<li style="padding-bottom: 0.25em;">As a matter of fact, the saturated steam operates in a non polluting way, with no health and environment danger in contrast with the traditional cleaning systems, which use big quantities of aggressive chemical (acid or basic) products with consequent health risks and discharge problems.</li>
<li style="padding-bottom: 0.25em;">The use of saturated steam in industry, above all in the mechanical sector, guarantees the complete removal of any oil, fat, dirt residues on operating or still machines, moulds, equipment, products, etc. without creating damages on their electrical or electronic components.</li>
<li style="padding-bottom: 0.25em;">In order to improve the saturated steam cleaning action it is possible to add small quantities of non corrosive, ecological or biodegradable solvents to be nebulized.</li>
